Full time Maintenance/Bus Driver
Must have basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair. HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing experience a plus. Working in a climate-controlled community with seniors.
This candidate will be responsible for driving a 12-passenger bus (must obtain a CDL within the first 30 days of employment) and must have a clean driving record, pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay Rate $15 an hour.
Must be able to work occasional weekend and/or holiday.
