Overview
The Maintenance Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager and the Maintenance department in the maintenance and repair programs across the branch facilities by coordinating, scheduling, communicating and documenting maintenance projects and assignments.

Duties and Expectations
- Working Hours and Reporting for Duty
- This position is hourly Mon-Fri 7AM-4PM
- Start your shift on time, well rested and ready to work.
- Expect that shift and break times are flexible and may be interrupted by business or guest needs. Assists in emergencies as needed.
- Must be able to read, speak and write English well, to be able to understand and follow directions, communicate clearly, process and a disseminate communications, schedules and project needs
- Serve as a central dispatch and communication hub for the maintenance team and 3rd party contractors
- This position will be primarily office based, but may require meetings and visits to facilities within the parking system
- Document management – contracts, insurance documentation, project proposals etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Ability and Hands on Experience - Possess or Ability to Learn
- Fast Learner
- Able to act independently and make accurate decisions with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), email communication
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- General knowledge of maintenance industries and trades
- One to three (1-3) years’ work experience in a dispatch, service center, call center, administrative assistant, project coordinator or similar role

- Vendor coordination and scheduling for projects, work orders and meetings
- Verifying Work Completion and Project Close Outs
- Internal Maintenance Dispatch and Coordination
- Task/Project Management and Follow Up
- Invoice Auditing and Review
Requirements
- Ability to work in an office environment
- Sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle high volume and work with deadlines
- Ability to attend walk throughs and field meetings at various facilities in the parking system
