Maintenance Coordinator- Water & Pumps - Wolverine Fuels

OVERALL, JOB PURPOSE:

Safely and effectively perform daily monitoring and maintenance of the dewatering system. Duties include maintenance and repair of pumping equipment and construction of new pumps & pipelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Maintenance and service of pumps- Maintain service records
• Manage Permissibility of all Pumps
• Responsible for preparing and securing all supplies and parts needed for assigned installations or projects.
• Previous experience with installing, wiring, and troubleshooting pumps
• Ability to support work group in attainment of safety, environmental, equipment protection and production goals with a proven safety record required
• Ability to operate various equipment such as boom truck, forklift and loaders preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude with pumps and flows essential with pumping water preferred
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the job required
• Supervise and provide direction to Pump Crew Supervisor

• Implement and maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Task training of personnel as required.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of five (5) years of underground coal mining experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
• Excellent safety and attendance record
• Utah Mine Foreman Certification
• Electrical Papers are required
