- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually depending on experience

WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Oversee and perform required maintenance of all building systems, including management of preventative maintenance programs in 24/7 365 environment to ensure the community is meeting all fire/safety regulations, and is consistently in tour & rent ready order. Role includes grounds maintenance as well.
- Uses TELS to manage, disperse and track maintenance service requests.
- Prepare rooms for incoming residents using various skill trade knowledge for general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Maintain MSDS Program ensuring compliance with OSHA. Manage Life Safety regulations such as planning for fire drills, elopement and natural disasters to ensure preparedness.
- Supervise and manage a small staff using motivation, guidance and knowledge sharing to meet daily goals.
- Ensure department is operating w/in budgetary guidelines.
- Partner with other department heads to meet community goals & objectives.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance work experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc., preferably in senior care environment
- PTAC repair experience. HVAC Certification preferred.
- Knowledge and/or experience managing and staying within budgetary guidelines
- Thorough knowledge of handling hazardous materials (MSDS) and Life Safety planning
- Desire and ability to lead, train, develop and motivate team members
- Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
