Responsibilities
- As a Maintenance Director, you will be tasked with performing minor repairs and upkeep.
- Maintenance Directors engage in various activities to ensure our facility is well-maintained.
- Responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning facilities, equipment, and the surrounding environment.
- Ensure office equipment remains in good working condition by testing and checking for defects.
- Keep an updated inventory of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Respond to emergency requests for cleaning and maintenance services.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding the maintenance status of equipment and facilities.
- Participate in training sessions focused on best practices for facility maintenance and cleaning.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while managing waste removal from facilities.
- Oversee routine maintenance of outdoor areas, building exteriors, and parking lots.
- Troubleshoot issues related to lighting, HVAC systems, and plumbing.
- Supervise construction and repair projects.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Directors perform a variety of tasks to maintain our facility, including:
- Keeping facilities, equipment, and the environment clean and well-maintained.
- Ensuring office equipment is functional by testing for defective parts.
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of equipment.
- Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues.
- Addressing emergency cleaning and maintenance requests.
- Communicating with supervisors about the status of equipment and facilities.
- Attending training on best practices for maintenance and cleaning.
- Complying with health and safety regulations and managing waste disposal.
- Overseeing the upkeep of outdoor areas, building exteriors, and parking lots.
- Troubleshooting lighting, HVAC, and plumbing issues.
- Supervising construction and repair work.
