Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
• Managing and leading the maintenance team, providing guidance, and coordinating daily activities.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinating with external contractors for major repairs and renovations.
• Managing the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing cost-effective solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests outside regular business hours.

Maintenance Director Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
