Maintenance Engineer IV - East West Family of Companies

The Westin Riverfront & Spa is hiring for a Maintenance Engineer IV, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll ensure our accommodations remain impeccably maintained and keep the Association building in top-notch condition, guaranteeing every guest enjoys a seamless and satisfying stay.

Duties Include:

In this role, you will efficiently and professionally complete assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You'll manage inventory for repairs, maintain cleanliness of machines and vehicles, and uphold property standards, including common areas and parking lots. Responsibilities also include daily spa maintenance, seasonal landscaping, and winter snow removal. You'll perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed, while adhering to security and safety procedures. Participation in training programs for skill development and adherence to company standards for appearance and communication are also key aspects of the role.

Location:The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule:

• Mornings, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Afternoons, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Pay Rate:

• Entry Level: $21/hour
• Intermediate Level: $22.5/hour

• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, HVAC, and general building techniques needed.
• Must be willing to learn the operation and maintenance of a variety of tools and equipment such as but not limited to: fire protection systems, elevator systems, vehicles, hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and willingness to be a team player
• Excellent organizational skills
• ability to lift, push, pull, and/or lift weights of approximately 50-100 pounds, such as: furniture, boxes of supplies, tools, snow and ice, etc.
