About the Job
Are you skilled in residential maintenance and passionate about creating positive resident experiences? We’re looking for Maintenance Field Technicians to join our client’s dynamic team! You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including post-renovation repairs, smart home troubleshooting, move-in and move-out inspections, and much more. If you have a background in SFR field maintenance or construction, a love for real estate, and a knack for providing top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

What You'll be Doing:
- Install and remove marketing yard signs
- Conduct minor post-renovation repairs
- Troubleshoot and install smart home technology
- Perform pre-move-in inspections and move-out walks
- Carry out HOA violation checks and handle evictions/lockouts
- Conduct recurring occupancy checks and complete maintenance work orders
- Review progress against KPIs with the Head of Construction
- Communicate professionally with residents regarding outstanding violations
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 years of residential maintenance experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and resident management systems
- HVAC certifications are a preferred
- A motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
