We currently have an open Maintenance Foreman position at the following Management Support community:

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is now in the range of $28 to $30 per hour. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their maintenance skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Job responsibilities include:
Learn and follow written policy
Work under direction of regional asset manager and on-site apartment manager
Supervise all personnel involved in maintenance and upkeep of property
Evaluate staff
Assign service requests
Purchasing & account for supplies
Emergency responses
Qualifications:
Five (5) years experience as maintenance foreman
HVAC certification
Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance and building/apartment maintenance and repair
Rotating schedule for on-call emergency response
Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
Basic computer and internet skills required
Familiarity with OneSite Facilities, OpsBuyer, Word, Excel and Outlook a plus
Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
Bilingual (any language) a plus
