Maintenance Foreman - Management Support

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is now in the range of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their maintenance skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Job responsibilities include:

• Learn and follow written policy
• Work under direction of regional asset manager, property supervisor and on-site apartment manager
• Supervise all personnel involved in maintenance and upkeep of property
• Evaluate staff
• Assign and complete service requests
• Purchasing & account for supplies
• Emergency responses

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years experience as maintenance foreman
• HVAC certification
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance and building/apartment maintenance and repair
• Rotating schedule for on-call emergency response
• Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
• Basic computer and internet skills required
• Familiarity with OneSite Facilities, OpsBuyer, Word, Excel and Outlook a plus
• Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus
