Now Hiring: Maintenance and Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities Maintenance and Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Oversee daily operations including repairs, preventive maintenance, and cleaning schedules.
• Conduct inspections to assess facility conditions and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor staff on proper maintenance and housekeeping procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications of Maintenance and Housekeeping Supervisor:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within maintenance and/or housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and housekeeping practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance and cleanliness.
