As a Maintenance Lead you will:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical equipment, motor controls, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and pumps.
- HVAC is a plus.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports on maintenance activities, including work orders, downtime, and expenditures.
- Inspect and listen to machines to identify malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs.
- Disassemble machinery to access and repair problem areas.
- Set up and operate mechanical equipment and small hand tools for machine and equipment repair.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Assign tasks and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in technical skills and work ethics.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Work with and support the maintenance manager.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and pumps.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and problem-solving.
- Ability to operate forklift and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently.

$32 - $35 per hour
