Can Can Wonderland- Maintenance Lead
Full Time – Salary
The ideal candidate must possess the following:

An ability to write, speak and carry oneself professionally. A working knowledge of email communication, Slack, MS Word, Google Docs, Excel, and any other digital communication tools. Have the ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours, and be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Be able to ask for help when needed, be flexible and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure. Attention to all details, including timeliness, and a high regard for any duties related to this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations
Weekend or on-call availability need-be.
Kitchen and Bar equipment repair and troubleshooting
Water heater, grease trap and sump pump discharge system
Lighting and electrical equipment maintenance
Mini-golf water feature chemicals, pump and filter system
Mini-golf mechanical feature repairs and turf repair
Air powered attraction repairs including compressor maintenance, welding, minor part fabrication, low voltage electrical
Cleaning, touch-up painting, patching and surface repairs
Furniture repair
Event and holiday installations
Storage organization, workshop cleanliness, and tool upkeep.
Subcontractor coordination
Required Skills:
Forklift and Scissor Lift Operation
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and hvac systems, with maintenance and repair skills in all.
Power tools operation and maintenance
MIG (primarily), TIG and Stick Welding
Building/Fabrication (Carpentry, Framing, Sheetrock, etc.)
Valid Driver’s License
Human Resources
Maintain employee privacy at all times
Be aware of MN employment laws
Keep all company information confidential, including internal documents, policies, procedures recipes, and customer/venue/vendor information
General knowledge of company history, values, vision, etc.
Always promote businesses in a positive light at the office and in the community
Understand that we work “weird hoursâ€, which include weekends, evenings, some holidays and sometimes longer than normal workdays
Be open to taking phone calls/emails during “off hoursâ€
