Role
As a Senior Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Director), you'll be a key leader in implementing and auditing our Total Preventative Maintenance System. You'll manage manufacturing equipment and maintenance procedures to maximize equipment uptime and minimize upkeep costs. You'll also lead the Maintenance department, providing training and development for Technicians that support Press and Assembly operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Maintenance or a related field is strongly preferred. Associate’s degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in metal stamping and/or assembly automotive manufacturing required. At least 5 years of experience managing a Maintenance department in an automotive manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with basic computer systems (MS Office), and excellent communication and analytical skills.
