Maintenance Manager - Beverage Manufacturing - Base Salary to 120k/year - Waco, TX

• Our client is a hydration beverage manufacturer who is expanding operations into the US. Headquarters are located in MX, but with the surge of growth, the company has decided to expand plant operations to TX. Plant production is set to start beginning of 2026.
• The team is looking to add a Maintenance Manager to the team. The Maintenance Manager will have complete oversight of all maintenance & repair services for all equipment and related systems onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Planning & scheduling maintenance workers and activities to complete work orders with little downtime while meeting safety regulations
• Ensure all equipment and automation is set up for projected start date
• Monitor equipment performance and production uptime
• Develop and track equipment metrics
• Create and implement master PM schedule for typical repair for equipment
• Hands on troubleshooting equipment as needed
• Assist with hiring for Maintenance Team & train, mentor, lead on best industry practices

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related Management Degree
• 5+ years of management experience overseeing multiple shifts in an automated, high-speed manufacturing environment
• Ideal background in Food & Beverage and/or Plastics Manufacturing
• Plus for hands on experience troubleshooting Sidel and/or Husky machines
• Robust mechanical and electrical aptitude
• OSHA cert. is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Suite
• Must be bilingual Spanish/English
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to HQ location in MX

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary up to 120k/year, plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The team will also assist with full relocation to Waco, TX.
