Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
