Maintenance Manager - Gpac

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a maintenance staff sufficient to meet or exceed the expectations of the company leadership for the Maintenance Department + Maintain an employee training system for all maintenance personnel + Manage the department budget + Work across all the Management Team to meet Company objectives + Advise and work with Company leaders to set objectives. Maintenance Manager is a key member of TPM.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree

TPM

Continuous Improvement training

Management training

Electrical, Mechanical, Bakery training

SKILLS:

TPM proficient.

Continuous Improvement expertise.

Document management of all aspects of Maintenance Department.

CMMS or other maintenance software programs.

Microsoft Suite of programs, ERP or MRP programs

Thorough understanding of high production machinery for manufacturing food. (Bakery experience preferred)

10 years maintenance management experience in a food company

Plant Manager

SUPERVISES:

Maintenance team
