Maintenance Mechanic - CBS-Rocksprings

About the Job
The Maintenance Mechanic should possess strong skills in plumbing maintenance for commercial buildings. Must be able to provide coverage between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday-Saturday.
Pay range dependent on qualifications and experience. $25-$28.
The typical day will go something like this:
- Conduct daily building/equipment tours
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
- Patch and paint
- Perform other duties as assigned
You Should Have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver's License
- Ten (10) years' commercial building maintenance experience preferred
- Flexible to working between 6am and 6pm
- Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
- Dependable and reliable
