shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
+ Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
+ Oversee general building repair and maintenance.
+ Maintain and repair production machinery according to strict industry standards.
+ Troubleshoot systems like boilers, DI water systems, air compressors, and dust collection systems.
+ Provide maintenance support for Tabletting, Encapsulation, Film Coating, Pellet Coating, Sugar Coating, Printing, Blending, and Packaging departments.
+ Modify and install new equipment, implement engineering upgrades.
+ Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repair power distribution systems.
+ Read and interpret manuals and work orders to carry out necessary maintenance.
+ Perform weekly bag house cleaning, and monthly preventive maintenance checks.
+ Ability to work in environments with dust and airborne particles.
