Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living

The Maintenance Mechanic will ensure the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas in our beautiful campus setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units and common areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $19.25 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly.
