Maintenance Mechanic ll - (HVAC belts and Filters) at Manpower

Our client, a leading organization in the maintenance industry, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various trade areas. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic II - (HVAC Belts and Filters)

Location: Stanford, CA (Onsite)

Pay Range: $39.44 - $46.73 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance duties of moderate complexity in at least one trade area under general supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks across multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical, automotive, carpentry, and swimming pool maintenance.
• Work independently or as part of a crew, ensuring maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety standards.
• Replace fan and drive belts, air filters, and lubricate motors.
• Clean and maintain motors and troubleshoot faulty equipment.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of work experience in a trade, including time spent in vocational training or an apprenticeship program.
• Ability to safely and effectively perform maintenance duties in at least one trade area.
• Valid California Class C Non-commercial Driver’s License.
• Ability to stand and walk constantly.
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
