MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - City of Riviera Beach

Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; three (3) years of experience working with irrigation / systems or related plumbing equipment or any combination of related training and experience; knowledge of standard tools, materials, methods and practices of the trade; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to read and interpret irrigation drawings; ability to troubleshoot complex irrigation problems and compete necessary repairs; must possess valid Florida Driver's License to be presented at the time of requesting application. Written Civil Service Examination required. All applicants must show proof of original educational diploma/degree or sign an affidavit for proof of submitted copy at time of submission. This position requires successful passing of a background check and drug screening.
