Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise plant maintenance personnel to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain machinery and support systems at maximum efficiency.
• Follow, maintain, and evaluate preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• Administer the "Red Tag" program to monitor adherence to food safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of machinery and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
