2 Experience in running a manufacturing maintenance department.

3 Engineering degree; Mechanical; chemical or industrial engineering.

4 3 years of leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing

5 Understanding of OSHA requirements

6 Experience with CMMS

7 Bachelor's Degree
