Maintenance Parts ClerkThe Maintenance Parts Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing parts, and ensuring the availability of critical maintenance components and tools. Shift: 6am-2:30p M-F
Location: Thornton, CO
Pay: 20.50-24.50

Day to Day: This role will support the maintenance team by tracking parts usage, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a well-organized parts storeroom
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in parts management, inventory control, or a similar role, ideally within a maintenance or industrial setting.• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to lift and carry parts and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with maintenance terminology and industrial equipment is a plus. APPLY ASAP!

- Track and maintain inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies
- Perform routine cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliations
- Place orders for parts and supplies as needed
- Work with maintenance to identify critical spares and expedite parts
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and ensure accuracy of deliveries
- Properly label and organize parts in the storeroom for easy identification and retrieval
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including parts usage, stock levels, and purchase orders
- Utilize inventory management software to update records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist maintenance personnel in identifying, locating, and retrieving required parts
- Ensure that the maintenance team has timely access to necessary components to minimize equipment downtime
- Coordinate with vendors to manage lead times, order status, and warranty claims
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure that all parts and materials are stored and handled safely
- Maintain the storeroom in a clean and organized manner
- Support the maintenance department with additional administrative tasks as needed
