Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join their team! The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our plant. This position requires a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and a deep understanding of reliability principles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve asset performance, reduce downtime, and minimize operational risks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce engineering standards to comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Develop, implement, and manage reliability programs to optimize asset performance.

• Conduct regular asset assessments, implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and troubleshoot equipment failures.

• Apply your knowledge of mechanical integrity standards and industry best practices to improve overall plant reliability.

• Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing environment.

• 7+ years of experience in a reliability-focused role.

• Strong technical skills in mechanical integrity, rotating equipment, and process safety management.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
