Plant Maintenance
- Develop maintenance and reliability strategy to minimize backlog and maximize equipment reliability.
- Plan and schedule major maintenance to assure the best use of resources, maintain solid work control, and achieve the least interruption with operations.
- Develop lubrication and oiling system for plant equipment and develop tracking system to ensure compliance.
- Establish and monitor an equipment inspection frequency program to improve plant operations.
- Develop key process indicators to measure maintenance productivity and utilization.
- Establish and maintain a system for inventory identification and effective cost control.
- Provide training and education program for maintenance employees.
- Ensure all regulatory compliance.
- < 3% annual unscheduled down time.
- Assist in the development of project scope and equipment requirements with plant operations team and administration.
- Assist in the development of budgets and project studies to ensure project economic viability.
- Assist in the development of project requirements working with vendors/contractors to complete a cost-effective design.
- Assist in the ordering of equipment and ensure timely deliveries.
