Maintenance Specialist/Mechanic - Genesis Atlantic Clubs - Genesis Health Clubs

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property, including but not limited to, knowledge of HVAC systems and repair, general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. The Maintenance Spwill respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.

• Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures

• Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility

• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis

• HVAC experience

• Other duties as required

• Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.
