The Maintenance Storeroom Clerk is a hands-on self-starter that works under limited supervision.
Will be responsible for receiving all incoming deliveries for maintenance and production etc.
Maintain inventory levels and reorder any parts that have been used. Work with the Maintenance team to make sure the correct parts/materials are in stock to complete future work.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead by example in all Cirba Solutions initiatives including EHS, HR, Six Sigma, Quality, and computerized maintenance management.
- Utilizing the CMMS system and requisition systems. (365).
- Maintain inventory levels and reorder as needed.
- Responsible for filling general storeroom requisitions.
- Maintain organization within the storeroom.
- Participate in weekly planning and scheduling meetings or future maintenance that will be scheduled by the Maintenance Planner.
- Work with in-house maintenance team to manage spare parts and materials in storerooms and warehouse.
- Order maintenance parts and materials to support work execution.
- Track and improve minimum /maximum levels for spare parts and maintenance materials inventories in CMMS.
- Obtain proposal from suppliers/vendors, create requisitions for spare parts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance planning/production experience).
- Ability to effectively use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization. Technical writing experience is desired.
- Self-directed, excellent time management with strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent collaboration and team building skills.
- Forklift operating.
