Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift – Reading, PA

The Opportunity

Our client is a very well-established, mid-sized, and privately-owned food manufacturing company and has hired us to seek out a Maintenance Supervisor for their Reading, PA location.

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for supervising a Maintenance Department consisting of Mechanics, Sanitation, and Tool Room associates on 2nd shift.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

1. GMP, SOP, and HACCP adherence
2. Training and orientation of new employees within the Maintenance department
3. Maintain and develop inter-departmental relationships
4. Maintain and develop safety practices
5. Monitoring and Managing department resources to achieve necessary productivity following production schedules

Qualifications include:

1. 5+ years of Maintenance Supervisory experience
2. Proven leadership ability
