Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule planned maintenance and conduct related administrative tasks.
- Prioritize and assign tasks to the maintenance team, conduct safety briefings, and perform after-action reviews.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on mobile and stationary engine-driven equipment, while safely leading and training team members.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on stationary electrically driven equipment, providing guidance and training to the team.
- Undertake reactive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs when equipment failures occur, ensuring safe practices and team development.
- Carry out repairs and inspections on buildings and non-equipment assets, including minor construction tasks, electrical work, plumbing, nd HVAC maintenance.
- Identify, source, and order necessary parts for repairs through established or new vendors, collaborating with other locations as needed.
- Identify, source, and schedule third-party maintenance support through vendors and collaboration with other locations.
- Perform administrative duties related to personnel, including timesheet review, employee evaluations, coaching, and conducting interviews for additional maintenance staff.
- Take on additional tasks as required to meet the company's needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- At least 2 years of experience supervising maintenance professionals and prioritizing maintenance tasks for short-term and long-term operational needs.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency is a must.
- Verifiable experience in troubleshooting, hydraulics, industrial mechanical, and medium-low voltage electrical issues.
- 6+ years of experience repairing large, complex equipment in manufacturing, agriculture, or heavy equipment industries.
Formal training in heavy equipment maintenance, such as an accredited trade school Industrial Electrical or Mechanical certification, or an associate's degree in a related discipline (preferred), or comparable work experience.
Salary: $90,000-105,000
