Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Compensation: $60,000 (Exempt, Full Time) plus benefits

RCM is seeking a Maintenance Supervisorfor a leading manufacturer of corrugated fiber packaging products company in Puerto Rico. Currently, our clients serve over 500 customers throughout Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. The manufacturing plant consists of 42,500 sq. ft. of corporate offices & Fiber Drums Division, 67,500 sq. ft. of roll stock warehouse, and a 187,000 sq. ft. production building.
Position Description:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will oversee the Maintenance Department, collaborate with Production Supervisors, and implement strategies to optimize production processes and maintain high-quality standards.

Position Description:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will oversee the Maintenance Department, collaborate with Production Supervisors, and implement strategies to optimize production processes and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and evaluate the performance of maintenance hourly employees.
- Conduct comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for safe and efficient equipment operation.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Foster open communication and collaboration with other supervisors to address maintenance issues, quality concerns, and operational priorities.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Resolve employee disputes and conflicts in a fair and equitable manner, participating in the disciplinary process as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to established methods, quality standards, safety regulations, and equipment efficiency guidelines.
- Conduct regular review meetings with all employees to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
- Implement and coordinate comprehensive safety processes and training programs to create a safe and healthy work environment.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance coordination and planning.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
