Overview
My client, a premier food manufacturer, is looking for a Supervisor who will ensure all operations at their facilities are carried out productively, contributing to the company's profitability and sustainable growth. Your duties will also include coaching, resolving issues, and supporting subordinates and upper management.
You are expected to be a competent individual, able to guide and train employees, results-driven and focused. We also expect you to be well-versed in processes under the role’s responsibility.

What You'll Do
- Manage workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Establish priorities, performance goals, and deadlines, according to the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Supervise employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Organize and manage timekeeping and personnel records
- Respond to complaints and resolve problems
- Help to facilitate interaction between upper management and employees
- Create performance reports and present them to the managers
- Prepare suggestions on reward and promotion based on performance, as well as disciplinary actions when needed
- Contribute to hiring and training of new employees
- Oversee the compliance with legal and company policies and procedures
- 2+ years' experience working as a Supervisor or in other similar positions
- Significant experience in leading, managing, and training personnel
- Good knowledge of corporate policies and applicable legal guidelines
- Good practical experience with MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Diploma or Certificate in first-line management or other relevant area
- High school diploma and BSc or BA degree in management or other relevant area
