POSITION SUMMARY:
We are searching for a committed and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to assist in maintaining our hotel and keeping our grounds in pristine condition. This full-time role provides an opportunity to play a substantial role, guaranteeing a memorable 5-star experience for our guests.
Your Role on the Team:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
- Lead the Engineering staff, supervising accounting, budgeting, asset protection, inventory control, and human resources.
- Conduct routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across various systems (i.e. mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the engineering department by organizing, planning, and directing daily maintenance activities; train and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to hotel standards.
- Perform and oversee routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems; manage work orders and special projects to maintain the hotel’s operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Provide timely and efficient responses to guest requests and maintenance needs, ensuring professional service that aligns with hotel standards; collaborate with management, owners, and department heads to achieve strategic alignment and goals.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and mechanical equipment rooms, to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of materials, equipment, and tools; ensure all maintenance areas are clean and safe; and oversee the procurement and organization of supplies and inventory.
- Develop and manage emergency response and energy-saving programs to minimize expenses and enhance property safety; coordinate with suppliers for regular maintenance and resolve any equipment issues.
- Remain on-call 24/7 to address any urgent guest, employee, or operational emergencies, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have advanced knowledge of building management/engineering
- Must possess technical knowledge of home systems and the ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of both team leadership and professional guest engagement.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to respond to emergency situations or urgent issues as required.
- Capability to manage the pressures of a high-demand hospitality setting, maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: 20% bonus package.
