Are you an apartment maintenance technician that is looking for a great opportunity?
Come join our team! We own and manage our beautiful communities and are looking for a dynamic, motivated new employee to join our family.
We have opportunities to bring on a well-skilled, EPA-certified maintenance technician in the following areas:
** Candidates must have 500+ unit maintenance experience **
Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates.
Ideal candidates should have at least 3-5 years of residential maintenance experience for skilled tech positions, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry.
CFC/EPA Certification to handle refrigerant and hands-on HVAC repair experience is required for skilled technicians.
Reliable transportation is required. A background check will be conducted.
