Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Supervisor position include:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Plan, supervise, and perform maintenance and repair work on equipment and building operations
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and ensure safety protocols
• Train and evaluate maintenance staff, ensuring high standards and safety adherence
• Oversee maintenance operations for all shifts and coordinate material purchases
• Prepare reports and communicate project updates to upper management
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and make sound decisions

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
