Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance in our industrial manufacturing facility, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Implement and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and SQF.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Develop and implement training programs for maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations of maintenance staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to maintenance activities, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Lead and manage maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP and SQF.
- Proven experience in inventory and vendor management.
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proven experience in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in training and development of staff.
- Proficiency in document control and quality control processes.
