Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift

Schedule: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM
Salary: $75,000 annually

Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our night shift to lead our Maintenance Department. This role involves overseeing various aspects of maintenance management, including planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and quality control. You will provide hands-on support to technicians in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure that both production and facility equipment function smoothly, enabling our production team to operate without interruptions.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor’s degree, a technical qualification, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining industrial equipment, demonstrating essential technical skills in maintenance
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving abilities in various production technologies
• Critical thinking aptitude
• Familiarity with preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• A background in mechanical and/or electrical operations within an industrial environment, with knowledge of process and packaging machinery
