Maintenance Supervisor (Springfield MA) at Adecco USA

Our client is a F500 company with a large plant in central MA. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Maintenance staff. Primary duties/responsibilities include:

• Supervise, train and a mentor hourly employees assigned to their respective shift.

• Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment to include installations and modifications.

• May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds as well

• Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP's

• Provide reports to management and executives.

Position reports to Maintenance Manager.

Ideal candidates for Maintenance Supervisor will possess the following:

• Associates degree in electro-technology, military (technical) training and/or vocational/trade schooling.

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or high-speed distribution center

• 2+ years experience supervising/leading technicians or mechanics

• Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP

Salary up to $90k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
