Maintenance Supervisor - McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care

Job Position Overview/Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Supervisor at McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is responsible for all operations of the maintenance service in the facility and maintaining a safe and secure Community for the residents and staff. This position is responsible for addressing all resident concerns, complaints, and requests related to maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 or more years in Building Maintenance, including 2 or more years of supervisory experience.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work with residents, families, and co-workers effectively.
