Job Summary



Summary: As a Facilities Supervisor, you will support the Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Coordinator in providing excellent customer service in the management of facilities for our clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent service to on-site clients.





Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Supervises Janitorial staff and oversees subcontractor services to include mail operations, shipping & receiving, ground & landscaping.


+ Specialty aseptic cleaning and glass washing.


+ Communicates between various shifts to ensure applicable completion of tasks.


+ Manages all moves, additions, and changes.


+ Mail, shipping, and receiving as needed.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.






Qualifications:



+ 1 year of facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.


+ Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.




+ Experience managing invoices and pricing.


+ Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.


+ Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.


+ Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
