Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00/hour, plus bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, on-call rotation

Roundhouse, a rapidly growing real estate developer and manager, is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance staff and operations.

Ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Manage budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies.

Coordinate on-call schedules and emergency responses.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintenance supervision.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
