Job Title: Maintenance SupportLocation: Aurora, OHStart Date: Right AwayKeywords: #MaintenanceSupportJob Description:Performs routine maintenance and facility setup.Responsibilities-* Build manufacturing carts and workstations out of modular piping and connectors ('Creform).* Routine facility setup and maintenance such as setting up meeting rooms, changing light bulbs, system inspection and checking.* Perform daily monitoring, repair and preventative maintenance activities on critical systems and facility equipment.* Required to do other maintenance work in addition to that listed, such as rough carpentry.1. High school diploma/GED or equivalent or Technical School degree or equivalent experience of 5 years experience in facilities maintenance in a manufacturing environment.2. Demonstrated verbal and written communications3. Basic understanding of facility support systems including electrical, heating/cooling, and plumbing systems4. At least one year related experience5. Appropriate certification or license if required by local regulatory agencies.Preferred1. Associates or 2-year degree in Facilities management or related field.2. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and influence others3. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and line personnel4.
