About the Job
Position Title: Maintenance
Wage: $30-$35/hour
Shift: Night
Hours: 5:45pm-6am 12-hrs, Monday-Friday
QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Maintenance role in Sussex, WI. This is a direct hire role.
Maintenance Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clean up an unexpected spill throughout the warehouse
- Maintain the aisleways as well as drive the floor scrubber in the molding area
- Use of basic hand and power tools
- Wash and wipe down all machines and equipment
- Removal of all resin from the molding machines, their base, and the surrounding floor
- Trash removal and bag replacement in warehouse, breakrooms, restrooms, and parking lot
- Clean tables, sinks, and floors in breakroom and shop restrooms as needed or at least once per shift
- Basic painting of walls when needed
- Follow all OSHA and safety related rules and regulations
Maintenance Requirements:
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Stand for the entire 8-hour shift
- Lift 35lbs repetitively throughout the day
- Experience with using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to do simple math (add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's)
