The Maintenance System Specialist will also work closely with operations, equipment, procurement, and systems teams to ensure our they have the right technology, training, and processes to have a successful reliability program.

Location: Midvale, UT
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Manage the lifecycle of maintenance systems and understand how they integrate into the enterprise system structure holistically.
+ Implementation of CMMS system at new operations/facilities
+ Configure, maintain and audit the system to ensure it meets the ongoing business requirements.
+ Understand system native reporting tools and requirements.
+ Proactively identify opportunities for improved performance and efficiencies in Maintenance systems
+ Ensure training and process documentation is relevant and available to teams who need it.
+ Perform regular data audits and address data quality concerns.
+ Provide initial support for users, addressing their questions and issues related to the system's functionality.
+ Manage projects related to the system, including upgrades, migrations, and major changes.
+ Monitor maintenance system performance
+ Document, monitor, and troubleshoot all inbound and outbound data integrations.
+ Ensure the system adheres to the organization's security, privacy, and compliance policies and practices.
+ Partner with data engineers to create, document, update, and enhance BI reporting data sets.
+ Audit PM schedules for specific asset types and ensure they have the proper PM’s attached to them
+ Make changes to PM schedules based on Reliability and operations SME input.
+ Support our OEM partner interfaces to share information on the equipment and lower overall cost.
+ Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may change based on the needs of the company
Requirements to Be Successful in This Position:
+ Previous maintenance system experience a plus
+ Exceptional communication skills
+ Read and understand drawings and technical documents.
+ Highly organized
+ Independent and takes initiative.
+ General technical expertise - Data Structure, Analysis, Software Architecture, Maintenance principles
+ Applicable Prior Roles: Product Owner, Project Management, Software Implementation, IT, Maintenance Logistics
+ Can learn new systems quickly with a propensity to ‘self-teach’
+ 5 years professional experience
+ Applicable Education: STEM, Computer Science, Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, etc.
Here Are Some of The Physical Requirements for This Role:
+ Able and willing to travel up to 40% (40% is expected initially, then dropping to 30% more consistently)
+ Position is primarily based in an office setting where sitting and standing may be required for several hours at a time
+ Able and willing to consistently bend, stoop, kneel, and walk on uneven surfaces
+ Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions
