Job Summary: We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician, at our Mason Healthcare Laundry facility. For our first shift 5:30am - 2:00pm position. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. Job Skills Requirements:
- 5-7 years of direct experience in the industrial maintenance field
- Mechanical and electrical motor control diagnostic skills
- Familiar with boilers, air compressors, water softeners
- Pipe fitting experience
- PLC experience
- Able to read schematics and blueprints.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Perform project work requiring both retrofit and new designs to improve equipment performance.
- Intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting materials or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
- Autoclave, industrial laundry equipment and welding, is a plus.

- Able to work independently or in a team effort.
- Able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Detail-oriented and able to consistently follow instructions.
- Display a high level of safety consciousness.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Perform all work functions according to written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Careful scheduling of maintenance jobs to avoid an interruption in production.
- Accurate documentation of work and preventative maintenance documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
