The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing the general upkeep and maintenance at the property to which they are assigned.&...Qualifications

High School diploma or GED, over 18 years of age.

Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Current and valid driver’s license in the state where you live for operation of vehicles in furtherance of company business.

At sites with CFC recycling equipment, possess or be prepared to obtain within 60 days, necessary licensure.

Entry level position, general maintenance experience preferred.

Must not be on the Denied Participation list issued by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
