Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Easton, Pennsylvania
Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

What You'll Do:

• Perform Repairs: Conduct routine and emergency maintenance and repairs for various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Inspect and Diagnose: Thoroughly inspect and diagnose issues with systems and equipment, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain Records: Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities, including any parts used and hours worked.
• Coordinate Tasks: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and with minimal disruption.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and company policies, ensuring all work complies with regulations and quality standards.

What You Bring:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with building maintenance systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards.

• Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License, clean criminal background check, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
