Sign On Bonus up to $3,000. The actual bonus will be determined once the candidate has been assessed to determine what level of Maintenance Technician they are hired into.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform specialty roles within maintenance.
2. Performs general routine maintenance of production machines and equipment.
3. Performs building maintenance as needed.
4. Cleans and lubricates machinery.
5. Inspects plant equipment and moving parts.
6. Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts.
7. Maintains a clean and organized work area.
8. Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
9. Performs electrical trouble shooting up to 480 volts.
10. Must have ability to perform job duties of Maintenance Level I and II.
11. Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
Job Specifications
1. 3-5 years maintenance experience is required.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
3. Knowledge of welding and hydraulics.
4. Knowledge of refrigeration equipment maintenance and repair.
5. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Working Conditions
1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
2. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
3. Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 100 lbs. is required.
4. Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
