Maintenance Technician - Clear Investment Group

• Base Salary: $50K-55K commensurate with experience

• Responds to all assigned maintenance work orders during the regular day, giving priority to any emergency
• Resolves all maintenance problems that arise during the work
• Reports to the Maintenance Lead, Building Engineer or Property Manager any repair problems that cannot be fixed during the work
• Completes regularly scheduled maintenance activities as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
• Performs general clean-up of the apartment community on an "overload"
• Reports all acts of vandalism, destruction of property, and suspicious persons observed within the community to the Property Manager or other designated
• Is available for duty on a rotational basis for after-hours emergency
• Assists in maintaining all electrical, plumbing, appliances, and mechanical
• Follows dress code policy, including selection of outfits from the designated corporate clothing catalog. Maintains a clean, neat, professional appearance at all

• Performing tasks that may require bending, stooping, or reaching, such as checking under desks or inspecting areas that are difficult to access

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Tech or in a related role, preferably in a high-rise residential or commercial environment preferred
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems specific to high-rise buildings.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or building systems engineering are preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex building system issues effectively and efficiently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and management.
• Availability: Must be available for on-call emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), work in confined spaces, and climb ladders as required for maintenance tasks. Ability stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
